Resolved - With the help of Smarthinking Support, we have resolved the outage.

Identified - The Smarthinking Student Tool within Blackboard is currently down. Students will receive a message saying the tool has been disabled by an Administrator. Instructors will not be able to access the tool. We are working with Pearson Support to resolve our issues.

Resolved - Wyse box connection to Citrix was resolved, please out reach to the Help Desk if you continue to have issues.
