Windows 7 and Windows 10 October Security Patches Nov 18, 03:00 - Nov 21, 03:00 EST
IT Support will deploy Microsoft October Security Patches for Windows 7 and Windows 10 to all campus laptop and desktop computers. Updates will begin early Sunday morning, November 11, 2018, and continue until all workstations are updated. Computers that are turned off when the deployment begins will receive the update the next time they are turned on.

Scheduled - Blackboard will be deploying a hotfix to Virginia Collaborate Ultra environments on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 or Wednesday, November 14, 2018.  This hotfix resolves a Collaborate Ultra bug that causes whiteboard content not to appear in recordings and a bug that prevents some recordings from being processed after creation.  The expected duration for this work is 60 minutes at each hosting location, during which Collaborate Ultra users will experience intermittent availability.  Please be aware that if additional time is needed the complete maintenance windows will be used.  Blackboard Collaborate will make every effort to minimize downtime required for this hotfix

Temporary work around for Blackboard Administrators instead of using the login button in the top right corner is to use the login button on the left side and sign into the portal with your administrator credentials.
